How we work

Offcheck Ads is deliberately not a volume network. We keep the campaign list curated, review applications by hand, and give partners a named person to talk to instead of a ticket queue. That only works if the people running it care about the detail.

The kind of people we look for

• Affiliate and account managers who can read campaign performance and act on it, not just forward emails
• Operations and compliance staff comfortable auditing traffic quality
• Finance coordinators who treat partner payment schedules as a commitment
• English strong enough to work daily with partners across the US, EU and APAC

Prior affiliate or performance marketing experience helps, but we will take a careful, curious generalist over a CV full of the right acronyms.
