Trust, Tracking & Compliance
Our operational standards, traffic quality controls, server-to-server tracking specifications, and publisher compliance rules designed to protect commercial campaign investments.
Traffic Quality Controls
OFFCHECKADS monitors traffic quality across every inbound click and conversion event using systematic technical and campaign-level controls. We do not tolerate invalid traffic or artificial user actions.
Real-time IP geolocation routing matching campaign-specific country, state, and regional criteria. Clicks outside target territories are deflected prior to advertiser landing page delivery.
Automated telemetry inspecting known datacenter IPs, public proxy ranges, and automated server farms to safeguard advertiser lead forms and conversion pipelines.
Configurable de-duplication windows analyzing phone numbers, email hashes, and hardware tokens to prevent duplicate lead payouts or redundant install credits.
Systematic threshold alerts flagging statistical spikes in click-to-conversion rates or unnatural conversion bursts that deviate from established baseline performance.
Mandatory channel disclosure during publisher onboarding. Placements and referrer headers are audited periodically to ensure adherence to approved marketing methods.
Continuous performance tracking down to the individual sub-publisher and placement ID level, enabling selective blacklisting of non-performing sub-sources.
Tracking & Attribution Architecture
Reliable performance marketing requires rock-solid attribution. Our tracking pipeline is built upon server-to-server (S2S) postbacks with end-to-end data integrity.
Unique Click ID Generation
Every inbound user referral is tagged with a unique, cryptographically random click identifier stored server-side with campaign parameters, timestamp, and device metadata.
Granular SubID Telemetry
Support for multiple SubID variables (sub1 through sub5) enabling publishers and media buyers to pass placement IDs, creative versions, and keyword tokens cleanly through to postbacks.
Server-to-Server (S2S) Postbacks
Direct server-to-server HTTP POST / GET webhooks trigger conversion events without relying on vulnerable client-side browser cookies or third-party JavaScript tags.
Real-Time Conversion Statuses
Clear classification of conversion records into active states (Pending, Approved, Rejected) ensuring full reconciliation visibility before invoice settlement.
Campaign-Level Reporting
Consolidated reporting views displaying clicks, conversions, EPC (earnings per click), and conversion rates segmented by date, GEO, device, and publisher source.
Universal Tracking Compatibility
Seamless interoperability with commercial tracking platforms including Cake, Everflow, Leadspedia, Voluum, RedTrack, BeMob, and Tune.
Publisher Compliance & Rules of Engagement
We hold our publisher partners to explicit commercial agreements. Clear boundaries maintain sustainable relationships with brand advertisers and protect long-term campaign availability.
Publishers must accurately disclose the promotion channels utilized (e.g., Google Search, Meta Paid Social, Native, In-App). Obfuscating referrers or delivering traffic via unapproved mediums constitutes a material breach of terms.
The following practices are strictly forbidden across all campaigns: spam email, unauthorized brand bidding (unless explicitly permitted), misleading creative promises, forced clicks, auto-refreshing iframes, and malware/adware bundling.
Incentive traffic (reward points, cashback, virtual currency rewards) is restricted. It is allowed ONLY when a campaign contract explicitly states that incentivized traffic is accepted. Standard campaigns are strictly non-incentivized.
Traffic with abnormal lead invalidation rates, high chargebacks, or non-responsive contact details is subject to immediate pause, formal compliance review, and account suspension where appropriate.
Conversion Quality & Reconciliation
Financial settlements are grounded in verified conversion outcomes. We clearly delineate conversion lifecycle states to provide transparency for both advertisers and publishers.
Initial Ingestion
Conversions awaiting advertiser confirmation, telephone verification, or return period settlement windows.
Verified Settlement
Conversions validated against campaign criteria, cleared for publisher payout disbursement according to contract terms.
Documented Invalidation
Events rejected due to out-of-geo delivery, invalid contact details, duplicate entries, or non-compliance with offer specs.
Chargeback Handling
Clear accounting reconciliation for returned e-commerce merchandise, fraudulent consumer chargebacks, or lead scrub logs.
