Frequently Asked Questions
How the network operates, what we expect from partners, and where to go when you need an answer from a person.
Getting started
What is Offcheck Ads?
Offcheck Ads is a performance marketing and affiliate network operated by Offcheck Media. We connect publishers, media buyers, advertisers and agencies through CPA, CPL and lead generation campaigns across multiple verticals.
Who can join the network?
We work with four partner types:
- Affiliate publishers running CPA, CPL and performance offers
- Media buyers scaling paid traffic campaigns
- Advertisers acquiring leads, customers and conversions
- Agencies managing performance campaigns for clients
How do I apply?
Apply through the affiliate panel at offcheckads.affise.com. If you would rather talk to a person first, use the contact form and tell us about your traffic or your campaigns.
How long does review take?
Applications are read manually by our operations staff rather than auto-approved, and are routed to the manager who handles that traffic type. We aim to respond to actionable business requests within one business day, by email.
Offers and campaigns
Which verticals do you run?
Categories currently active on the network include health and fitness, health and wellness, life insurance and other finance lead generation, software and utility installs, mobile apps, and rewards apps. The live list is on the offers page and changes as campaigns rotate.
Which GEOs do you cover?
Campaigns run from single-country targeting through to worldwide. Tier-1 English-speaking markets — US, CA, UK, AU — are the most heavily represented, alongside EU and worldwide campaigns. Each offer states its own accepted GEOs.
Which conversion models do you support?
CPA, CPL and CPS, depending on the campaign. The model is stated on each offer.
Why can't I see the payout before I sign up?
Payouts and creatives sit behind the affiliate panel. Advertisers set commercial terms per publisher and per traffic profile, so a single public number would be misleading. Request access and the payout is visible once you are approved for that campaign.
What does “Personal Approval” mean on an offer?
That campaign needs sign-off before you can run it, on top of general network approval. It is normally used where the advertiser has tight requirements on traffic source or creative. Your account manager handles the request.
Working with us
Do I get a dedicated account manager?
Yes. Publishers work directly with an operational manager who can act on tracking queries and cap or limit increases, instead of a general ticket queue. Advertisers are assigned an account manager responsible for feedback, budget revisions and compliance checks.
How is tracking set up?
Tracking and postback configuration is done with your account manager during onboarding. For advertiser campaigns we QA postback logic and server-side tracking before any traffic is sent.
What are the compliance rules?
Traffic compliance is enforced strictly, and campaign access is restricted rather than opened to everyone. Each offer carries its own allowed traffic types and creative rules, and those are the binding version. Running traffic outside them can cost you access to the campaign.
Payments and finance
How do payments work?
Payment schedules, minimum thresholds and available methods are confirmed with our finance team as part of onboarding, so that they match your entity and payout currency.
For anything finance-related — schedules, invoices, remittance details — write to finance@offcheckads.com.
How is invoicing handled for advertisers?
Billing is consolidated: spend across multiple localised traffic sources is aggregated into a single invoice rather than split per source.
Who do I contact about a finance question?
finance@offcheckads.com for finance and invoicing. contact@offcheckads.com for everything else. Finance questions sent to the main inbox are routed internally with the full request context preserved.
Still need an answer?
Our operations team reads every request manually and replies by email, normally within one business day.
